* All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only.
* If you would like to return merchandise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get return authorization.
* If you are returning damaged merchandise, please send pictures, invoice number, and a good contact number to email@example.com
* A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged returned merchandise.
* The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.
* Returns are processed within 7 business days of when we receive your return package.
* Refunds will be issued via store credit only.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Due to covid we will have a very strict return policy
* Any items damaged or lost during delivery should be processed through shipping carrier
